Terms and Conditions for Giveaway

By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must be legal residents of the United States. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of JH Designs, parent company are not eligible to enter.

2. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. How to Enter: To enter, complete the entry form above, or written submission forms, in the official giveaway announcement. Entries will be accepted during the specified entry period only. Multiple entries are allowed but will not increase your chances of winning. Only one entry per person will be considered.

4. Prize: The prize is an item valued at less than $60. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. JH Designs reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry.

6. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize: The winner will be notified within [3] days of the giveaway’s conclusion. The winner must respond within [5] days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the allotted time, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Compliance with State Laws: This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By entering, participants agree to comply with the rules of the giveaway and with all New York State laws and regulations.

8. Privacy: JH Designs will use the personal information provided by entrants solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and awarding the prize. Information will not be shared with third parties unless required for the administration of the giveaway.

9. Limitation of Liability: JH Designs or its affiliates, parent company, employees or assignees are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or the use of the prize. By entering, you release JH Designs from any and all liability.

10. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the organizer to use their name, likeness, and/or voice for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. General Conditions: JH Designs reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond JH Designs reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

12. Disputes: Any dispute regarding this giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
